😂 you knuckleheads are commenting on shows that are over a decade old 😂
3:20 seen the LCA drop down and rip tight on the brake line….lmao wth
They went the high $$$ way on the Dodge lift instead of just using the spacer, but I guess when you get your parts for free go all out 🤷♂️
lots of handwaving while talking
That Ford if mine would have gotten a later model coil conversion and those leaf springs would have been tossed away. Looking at the front end of that dodge and how stressed some parts are now with the added height, i wouldn't go to far from home.
As a diesel mechanic they definitely used the torch
Two problems I have 😎👍
Extra half inch spacer was too much on the dodge.
Can you do a lift kit on an 88 ford f250 and any year like that please
If anyone would like to help, when doing spherical bearing conversion on a 4 link suspension, do you have to replace panhard bar with watts link, cause when it comes to spherical bearing there is no movement like in rubber ones, so all sress goes to joint mounts because with panhard bar there is left-right movement wich rubber absorb, a metal can not do that ? Thanks anybody.
Dodge Ram. What a garbage truck.
Being honest when the first episode came out I think alot of people took you guys as a joke, me included but the more I watch you guys are skilled and knowledgeable. I just don't think the show name fits. Maybe loose the speed shop part and just be carcass or be two dudes with tools or something. I'm still going to watch either way since it's part of power nation
LEVEL??? So many truck lifted in the front so high they can’t see out the windshield to drive safely. Stupid…
Was hoping you guys would do the hubs/bearings..curious the tool you would use to get the inner C-clip off with.
A tuner that doesn't have way better mpg as a tune..psshh
Anyone else see "ass" everywhere?
they reused the U bolt nuts. why? they come with new nuts and washers.
"Were gonna do it like you would at home." Then immediately use a tool only shop have…
😎✌🖖👍👌😁
These guys are painful to watch
those are polyurethane bushings , they do not require the weight being on the suspension , crank them bolts tight with the weight off of the suspension , and you are good to go
This show needs a refresh of it's own!..
…but my garage isn't forty feet wide.
All that and Not one hair out of place. My Snap on guy doesn't carry industrial hair spray. Lol great video guys
Jeepemcoming.
Why leave the tired old ball joints if your already there?
Replace the tie rods and ball joints then there is nothing to worry about
Carolina squatters be like:
👁👄👁
The hardest part of the lift . More than likely was the removal of the pit man arm . Even with the proper puller they can be almost impossible to remove You left the removal of it out . Why ?
"Torque those later" few miles later – 3 out of 4 bolts are missing because they never got torqued.
Antiseize
The axle spring thru bolts
Power nation has had this ford super duty since 2004
god these guys are trash. carcass is the worst part about powernation
That jack is huge, looks like a fire truck lol
there would be a hell of lot more cussing and swearing if that was in the average person's driveway or garage.
Don't forget you need to get the front end realind after you put that kit on your vehicle.
pause at 08:17 how a lifted ford looks.
When belting the tie rod end good idea to leave the nut on, just in case you miss a hammer blow, you don’t damage the thread on the tie rod end joint.
I must be way too old school, because what's being called a "strut" here has always been a "coil-over shock" to me. A strut is a stressed suspension member that 99.99% of the time replaces the upper control arm/suspension connection. I've been wrong before, though…
I just can't imagine a two piece rotor stronger than a single piece. That's weird.
Your smart, the most popular vehicles on the road and the most likely affordable and desirable upgrade that can be done by the average guy.
That would have been a good time to change the tie rod
Só topzera , abraço do Brasil
