Derek, Yes, the custom diamond plate steel bumper was added at the Ford Dealership. I owned a 1976 F100 from Texas. It was White like your with a 390 cid C6 Transmission. It had a really nice rear bumper from the dealership in Texas.

These trucks didn't come from the factory with bumpers, so it was up to the dealers to add them. In most cases they put the name of the dealership on the bumper.
