  1. Had surgery couple weeks back and taken her easy. Decided to watch the Vanishing Paint story from the start. Started with Frieburger and Dulcich's first build, then upgrade video. Then watched you drive it home from AZ. Then the build for sick week and just finished watching the 5 sick week videos. Such a fun series for such an amazing car. Thanks for keeping her going.

  2. I like your shows young man . reminds me somewhat me back in the day. That monte carlo would have been awesome car for Jessica to start racing in. Love watching the family in your videos. have to start getting them out more. Keep up the great job need to save more Mopars though I see picking on them a lot. Lol.

  3. Now I know why they call it sick week, with the food y'all been throwing down your neck I'd be sick too! Never once saw a decent meal. Looks like fun, I'm hoping to make the Texas Power tour its only one day. But should be fun in a 67 International step side pickup

  4. "See if we can leave this axle right at the tree there." Plenty of laugh out loud moments with your outstanding videos, but gotta admit, that one hit me HARD on the funny bone. I'll be chuckling about that for a good while. And despite the aw shucks nature you present, this series of vids show that you're more than skilled at the incredibly complex and technical aspects of what modern racing has become.
I'm seriously in awe of how you can somehow, someway, track down and isolate problems. Sudden oil leak? You knew what to check. And the fuel flow problem on the Monte Borrow? The pump was working, it was getting the sparkles, computer couldn't help you. I'd have thrown up my hands before that. And somehow, just by perseverance and a willingness to do whatever work it takes, you traced it to one of those bizarre situations where somehow electrical connections fail even when they appear tight and fine. So impressive.

  5. Was glad to see you guys out and about on Sick Week. With 3 cars and trying to film you were certainly a busy bunch of people! I see I failed to stay out of the shot when you were at the line 😆

  6. Hi Derek I'm a fan and having an issue with my 6.0 chevy engine i had a AFM delete kit installed and the cam was for a 5.3 engine. Truck runs but sounds like a diesel. Would replacing the cam for a 6.0 cam fix that issue. I'm a veteran with very little resources and I've just spent about 6,000 to have that done including about $450 for a tuner. Any suggestions. Know your a busy man because I watch all your videos. If there is any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

  7. Thanks for taking a guy along, I will never be able to do one of these events, best I can do is be a spectator, as I have been to Hot Rod Drag week several times to watch. I love these events, thanks for taking a guy along. You said in an episode you married up, you are correct, love watching you and Jessica work on stuff together and do these events together. Also
Love when your small humans help you as well!!! Love the channel, my favorite show!!! Keep up the great work, thanks for taking us along!!!!
