This is nothing more than advertising for the aftermarket. The Powerstop brakes improve nothing over the OEM. The Icon suspension while very popular with mall crawlers doesn't even make the top 10 in best suspension for the 4Runner. It's fun to watch videos like this but if anyone is actually planning on offroading this is not the stuff you want. My 2022 has Eiback Pro Stage 2R, Donaldson UCA'a, 285's, full skids, improved approach angle front bumper with warn. It actually gets used offroad and does not fail. FTI, umlike many other offroad vehicles, the lift does not allow larger tires to be fit.
Just gun everything down at random torques!! It will be fine!!
What size are the tires and did you need a BMC?
I wonder if they Brokeback Mountained that tent later on.
I hate these things
2:14 You can also use brake cleaner. It will just flash off after and not leave a mess.
If I ever want to learn how to do a lift kit all I have to do is watch Powerblock . They do more lifts than anyone else!!
Using way to much product
Awesome
Amazing!❤
Buffing out scratches then going off road… that’s like wiping your ass before you shit. Makes no sense
Bluetooth Pedalcommander is a much better system….
the 4runner did great off-road 👍🏽
You spelled CAR CAMPING wrong.
Why didn't they put a snorkel kit and put in better rubber and a skid plate?
This is hipster overlanding
Enjoyed this series, I have a silver 2017 4RUNNER. Mine is setup pretty similar to your 2016, I don't have a rooftop tent though. Ground camping works fine for me.
Glad yall mentioned needing "tools and fluids" for that trail.
The very definition of underlanding. Watch out for that puddle!
Wow. Premature gray hair doo. What salon u go to?
should have installed a snorkel kit
slick winch bumper with good approach angle. ,not like those stupid off road bumpers that stick out a foot past the grill and nose dive into the dirt lol
Thank you guys for everything
I love my 2016 4Runner.
Love the 4Runner, sadly we don’t get them here in Scotland.
I would have done a Snorkel rather than a cold air box. It's been a game changer in terms of filter life when it comes to multiple vehicle adventures. It's an often overlooked mod due to the invasive and rather permanent install procedure and it being thought of by most only if you plan on hitting some deep water. However when you are in the middle-to-back of a long convoy, the difference in air quality at 2-3feet vs 7-9 feet is HUGE.
If that was mine? I'd color match some Rhino Liner and spray the sides below a line following the wheel arches. Minimize trail rash.
Mine was lifted fully decked out and never a problem 200k not one issue with it just oil changes. I had taken it everywhere hard wheeling .
Host says work in a small area when cutting with the DA, like no more than 1 foot square. Next shot is of him cutting one third of the entire door panel in one go. So it must be "do as I say, not as I do"?
time to do an Xterra overland…hate I wasnt on the shoot to help ya drone this time..nice drone move at 20:20 by the way
removes scratches, THEN to the trail🤘🏻
this build is like putting lipstick on a pig………………….
where you put your hands is like legos ❤Carcass and Powernation family
The Toyoda company as it was originally called…was a plant that manufactured way weapons…this example of the Toyota is exceptional on the off road trails!
👍
