11. Shouldn't you wear safety gear, eyes ears, gloves etc. Saw the Trans cleaner spray you in the eyes.

12. Instead of doing a two peice drive shaft do a thicker two peice drive shaft, if semi-trucks use them you can.

13. Eye protection? Safety!! You ca always make your own drain plug. Drill it, drain oil, remove, clean, weld nut inside and bolt with seal on outside.

    I have a 08 Express 3500, 6.0L v8 15 passenger.
    With over 270k miles still on the original engine and transmission.
    Still running strong

26. How do you get the hose extension for the amsoil HD metal protector that sprays inside cavities. It has like 3 or 4 spray direction fan

All needed to be done was put on and adjustable pressure solenoid and turn up the pressure about a quarter turn to a half when you first bought it before driving from Dakota to Illinois and the transmission would have been saved. It would have meant dropping the tyranny pan though and finding a tyranny shop that had one.

    I have one with 4l80e and it made that noise and I bought the solenoid and dropped the pan. I knew someone had been in there before because I had a drain plug pan with reusable gasket.

    Got the pan down and it already had and adjustable solenoid I turned up a half turn. Idle pressure went from 33 to 43, reverse front 58 and slipping to 70 and average during pressure to 1#5 to 150 with 200 225 on hard acceleration. It's been 7 years no problem

31. The infamous 6L transmission. Lucky it lasted that long. Converter almost always takes out the pump.

36. I think that is a good idea instead of doing what everyone else does doing a give away for one million subs invest the money into doing something for people that really need it. That is a really awesome idea those people will really appreciate the help I know what it is like to be hungry with no way of knowing where or when you will eat next . Most people don't know what hunger really feels like it's a horrible feeling being in actual pain because your stomach is trying to consume itself. When I was younger and homeless I just started a new job and my second day I actually passed out because I hadn't eaten in about 4 or 5 days and I fell backwards and split my scalp open really bad because I hit a 55 gallon metal drum we used as a trash can some embarrassing things also happened when I passed out and I couldn't bring myself to face the people that were there when it happened so I had to find another job. In my eyes you are a hero for doing this man and it will do more good than you will ever know thank you for helping people that really need it you are a truly good person and you will be blessed for helping others.

43. Make sure you get the bench Row for an actual 15-passenger express. The rear bench row from the extended 12 passenger will fit, with some force, but it still doesn't quite sit right. Don't ask me how I know. 😂

    I used to work for a van rental company, vans were our bread and butter. I'd pick a Chevy Express over a Ford Econoline or Transit any day.

44. This Van has the LQ9 6.0 with 320HP and doesnt have AFM. The 280hp engine (the 4.8) was only avalible for 2012 in cargo vans, hopefully this helps when ordering parts as in the first van vid you said it has 280HP factory.

45. 1100hp sounds more impressive than only 1000hp, but 1500hp would be even better, so why not a 1500hp van? I wonder if the boost for that sort of power is provided by methane gas?
