Your the bomb Derek, I just started watching your channel, would love to meet you some day, abd if you still have that caddy would like to check it out, probably why it doesn't stay running could be the map sensor or you unplugging the piston cut out sensors, the ECM isn't seeing the signals from them and its cutting the fuel injectors and it probably needs new injectors as well since the pintles were stuck and you forced them free.
This is about where I found your content. I was watching NNKH and their van at the Duct Tape Drags.
A hot wire kit and fuel pump is the first thing for a a turbo Buick car. I would talk to Eric at TurboTweak after that for a chip and matching injectors.
