This is one of the most legit “barn finds” there is. This lincoln sat untouched for 22 years. Im going to see if I can get it running and drive it home 650 miles!

  1. When I was a kid in the 70s I remember my father's 76 Mark 5 Red Lincoln Cintinental that had the 460 Big Block and was fully loaded. It was a large vehicle but it was beautiful and the smoothest ride I ever took in a luxury car !
    Thanks For the video

  2. Dam that engine looks immaculate.i got same truck just an 04 got 243,000 just had a misfire didnt drive it for a while cuz i didn't have time to fix it but i jus started it up and it fixed itself some how. But I'm going to attempt to do the water pump and timing belt myself to I'm pretty mechanically inclined and there's some good videos on YouTube so I think it's definitely worth it for me to do it myself save me about $1,000

  3. Thank you again and again Derek… Sometimes we forget how much time effort and hard work you put into making these video, mornings turn to evening to nights.. you not only fixing them but also taking time explaining everything.

Appreciate everything. Your awsome man 👌💯

  4. It wouldn't come out of gear because you didn't turn the ignition on!!! That's why the window didn't roll down because the ignition switch was never turned over to the run position!!! Come on Derek You're smarter than that man seriously.

  5. That Lincoln deserves a second chance…more content in your life. She's a solid build. Africa watching ✌️✌️🇰🇪🇰🇪

  6. Just saw your video today. It's a Lincoln Versailles. It's pronounced: "Verse" as in musical verse. "Eye" as in eyeballs. "Verse Eye". I think you called it a Lincoln Versalious, or something like that, which is kinda funny. Anyhow, thought you'd like to know.

  7. I assume all of those cars have been fixed up, and for sale?

As one who holds a degree in Zoology, frankly I would NEVER work in and around cars like this without using some serious biohazard mask filters. Even then, I would wash off and vacuum as much as possible before attempting any work on it. Mice carry the Hantavirus, and if contracted and not treated properly can be fatal. Personally, I'd say you have "horseshoes up your @$$".

  8. Derek ever hear about windshield wipers safety glasses garbage cans actual wrenches I've been a CNC mechanic for 17years theirs certain things that help you with machines oil inside and out machines live because of it

  9. I would have used a sheet of that ply to give the old shed some shear strength. You would have had to duck under it a little bit, but it would have wayyyy lessened the possibilty of you getting squished. Glad it worked out anyway!
