  1. Not exactly sure about the idealogy behind the way you are welding the frame together. No weld section prep would mean only the top 20~40% of the frame thickness is joined. It will be weaker. A butt joint is ok for a tack but it really should get a full fillet prep for the weld. Then add the "Fish Plates" on the out side to give the frame a connection that wont be a weak point.

  2. Ain't gonna lie, this truck is very cool. Rudolf Diesel and Chessie Lyle Cummins would be proud at how far their technology has come in the automotive spectrum.

  3. I never cared for electric fans on a diesel application, they never move enough air when you really need it, like on a long, hard pull with a full load……..

  4. Kids today love their way over you catchphrases, like everything is a ton of this and a ton of that, crazy this and crazy that, and super this and super that.
    But if they would have stayed in school, their English class would have taught a much wider vocabulary, with much more meaningful words.
