1. Let's gooooooooo!!!! I'm so nervous, but excited about this series. I was very torn about keeping this private or sharing it with the world. After reading your comments on the second channel's teaser video, I knew I had to put this whole build on the channel. I wouldn't be able to do any of this without you guys so I want you all to be apart of it. We had a few security concerns with the house's plans being public, but we're addressing those privately with some security features that will not be in videos. This is gonna be epic!!!

2. It's literally insane that people actually show up to where YouTubers live. I see those comments on several channels, asking for privacy and asking people to stop coming by their house. Nuts.

21. 39:50 In mild climates, the house foundation must have a minimum depth of 80 cm / 2.6 feet. And this must be made with a specific certified concrete mix. Greetings from Germany. 😘

23. You shouldn’t have never shown everyone the floor plan because now that .1% who doesn’t respect your privacy now knows your home layout.

I'm not a big Cleetus fan, but there is one thing I think is funny as hell about him: one day, when he is old, urine stained, and sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch of some run down nursing home, he will be telling stories of buying a race track, an airfield, flying helicopters, etc. And not one of the other geezers will believe it.
