25. Thank your for covering this. Some corrections: the movie came first (May 2022). The book was initially released Aug 2022, recalled and then re-released updated in Oct 2022, still with Andrews included. The State Election Board subpoenaed True The Vote in April 2022 for evidence to back up their Nov 2021 ballot trafficking complaint. SEB then sued True The Vote in July 2023 (not the SoS) to compel them to respond. True The Vote finally responded in Dec 2023 but it wasn't covered by the media until Feb 2024.

26. The problem is that all these MAGA whackos will just conveniently say that the effort to shut down the conspiracy as defamation is in itself a conspiracy and an effort to thwart their first amendment rights (even though the first amendment does not cover defamation).

    They just conveniently dismiss things with circular arguments, and straw man fallacies just like they try to explain religion : "God must exist because it says so in the Bible, and the Bible is the word of God so it must be true".
