Thanks to you and your information. I got one of those pig butchering scams. I was able to lead this so-called girl on for weeks and take up his time because I know it was probably a he until they finally caught on ha ha ha. It was a lot of fun.!

They just think we're stupid because we're old. I live in a senior living complex and have been using computers since forever (1990-OS was called Geoworks and I loved it) but my neighbors have not. I am happy to see these scammers taken down.
People need to be made aware that it is unsafe to just blindly search for drivers on the web. If you must use a Windows computer, let Windows download the right drivers for your peripheral devices. Just go to the Windows settings menu and select drivers.

Had a friend that had their electronic device stop working. A REAL TECH for the real company was able to really walk through fixing the device without connecting to anything! $100 for an hour of troubleshooting! He happily paid it AFTER the item started working! No pressure, no tricks, no fake fixes!
