9. Sam you are missing a part on the Engine Mounts. Take a look at your video for the Drivers side and Passenger Side and you will see there is another damper mounted to the top of the mount. You will see clean screw holes on the passengers side where it is mounted. The drivers side has the piece installed.

10. Go to pull a part and pull a HPFP from a crashed panamera. Should cost way less than $500

16. If I’m not mistaken the black spacer on the strut shaft should have been removed when technician performed pre delivery inspection.
