Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is reaching out to the public for help locating Silvia Perez, a missing person last seen on April 5, 2024, leaving her residence at 22XX West Tioga Street, at about 5 pm.
Silvia is 44 years old, 5’4, 130lbs, with brown eyes, and black hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, tan sneakers, and a black coat.
