The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 36-year-old Mason Kaplan was last seen Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 6:00 a.m., on the 3000 block of City View Walk.
He is 6′ 2″, 190 lbs., brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark colored shorts and black sneakers with bright orange laces.
