Hoped for a 6.1 or 6.2 inch device. Except for the size disappointment and wireless charging, phone 2a seems promising.

I think the rear main camera is a difference sensor not the 50MP sony sensor
LP4X+UFS 3.1 MCP at a $10-$20 increase would have made it an ideal buy.

2a kills phone 2 in EU! Probably phone 2 didn't sell well enough? Otherwise Carl Pei wouldn't have released 2a. Specs are incredibly close for most users (all non hardcore gamers). Price is 699-840€ for phone 2 in EU when 2a costs between 329-379€ (379€ for 12/256gb model) so it's a no brainer in my opinion. 2a not only looks better and will get updates longer too, all that makes phone 2 kind of obsolete… Let's now sing farewell: 🎙ï¸ÂÂ👨ðŸÂ»â€ÂÂ🎤🎵🎶 Goodbye phone 2 👋 Hello to phone 2a.
