On January 9, 2024, at approximately 2:23 AM, a fire was intentionally set inside a commercial property in the 4100 block of Lancaster Avenue in Philadelphia. The fire would go out on its own, and then the same individuals would return and start another fire which was seen at approximately 2:57 AM before being extinguished by arriving fire department personnel. The following segments show the fires and those responsible for starting the fires.

  • Suspect Description:
    Suspect #1: Race unknown, wearing a dark (possibly NY Yankees) baseball cap, zippered jacket or sweatshirt with unidentified logos on the chest and sleeves, and a shirt with an unidentified face and writing on it. **Note males would exchange the red bandana covering their faces.**
    Suspect #2: Race unknown, darker colored hoodie with unidentified writing on the chest. **Note this male is now wearing the red bandana/cloth covering his face.**
  • Vehicle Description: Light colored Honda CRV with a possible missing or replaced aftermarket un- painted black fuel filler door.
