The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old missing juvenile Willow Dwyer. She was last seen December 4, 2023, at 4:30pm on the 6xx block of Fitzgerald St.
She is 5’4″, 160 lbs., blonde hair and blue eyes. No clothing description given. Willow frequents the area of 10th and Snyder Av and The Fashion District (Center City).
