The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old missing juvenile Amalia Rusciano. She was last seen November 21, 2023, on the 68xx block of Ogontz Ave.
She is 5’7â€ÂÂ, 150 lbs., thin build, hazel eyes, brown hair with blond highlights and was last seen wearing a blue hospital gown and pants, no shoes.
