15. Why are people saying Biden wants migrant votes He won because the country was at it's worst state ever in US history. When he got into office, he began keeping his promises where he just passed one of them, a historic Covid Relief bill where most Americans supported it (Democrats, Republicans, Independents – rich people and poor people – all who are the real bipartisan ). But the house Republicans wanted no part in it. So Biden has even more votes come next election. He is also passing the HR 1 and John R. Lewis Voting Rights Act where all eligible Americans can vote – thus removing the voting restrictions that the GOP has begun to put in place in certain states.
