The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered Person Jean W. Jean. Jean was last seen October 3, 2023, at 9:30 am on the 17xx block of E Tulpehocken St.
Jean is 70 years-of-age, 6’0â€ÂÂ, 250 lbs., heavy build, brown eyes, grey and white hair and was last seen wearing a white crew neck T-shirt, Black shorts.
