The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 25-year-old endangered missing person Alisha R. Riley. She was last seen September 22, 2023, at 4:00pm on the 46xx block of Leiper St.
She is 5’4â€ÂÂ, 130 lbs., birthmark on the left side of her face, hair in a high ponytail, nose piercing on the right side and was last seen wearing a black clothing.
