The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 31-year-old Lemuel Olmo who is missing. He was last seen Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 10:00 p.m., on the 30XX block of North Mascher Street.
He is 5’10â€ÂÂ, 150 lbs., medium build, brown eyes and black hair. His clothing description is unknown at this time.
