3. I did a year in County Jail and we had a timeout room. We called it… the cold room . And I set a record for doing time in the time our room one day for smoking after breakfast. I was in there for 12 hours. They completely forgot about me.

4. Therapeutic community aka TC program aka 🐀 group ha smh but had to finish that in order to get a bed date…
   Had to do 90day intense TC
   Where they sent me to do it at tho was kinda fun but if u fuk up
   Forget it..
   Timeout chair hahaha

6. Solitary confinement is inhumane and the US is behind so many other nations who have abolished this horrible practice. It's disgusting that it is so rampant – it needs to be treated with the severity that it is. It shouldn't be handed out for everything like it is.

17. In the Marine Corps Brig at camp lejune, I had to sit in a chair at the end of my bunk and read the rules and regulation, from like 8am, to 5 pm mon thru fri

18. As embarrassing as this is… I have eaten toilet paper to kill the hunger pain… The people I knew on the street called me skeletor. Soon after I ended up eating toilet paper and I remember getting 10 servings of S.O.S. 🖤🖤🖤 sad I remember that as my favorite day. I was like you no family nothing no commissary whatsoever. Their were people locked up that were pretty alright people man, circumstances lead them there… I'll never forget the time we had cake and I got two unknowingly because it was stuck to the bottom of my tray it fell on the floor. I picked it up and saw it had a cock hair on it… I couldn't do it and then gary was like I don't care give it to me and he ate that freaking cake. He knew and still ate it LIKE A BOSS!

23. I got shook down I took it personal and popped off and they stripped me and only let me put my boxers on. The female lieutenant came down and took me to a kennel on the ally to admin medical and chow. Me and one other dude in A 3×5 pen outside for 5 hours at the end of her shift.she walked by and we were like Miss Misssss. We are sorry. She kept walking. She got all the way to main command turn on her heals came to us cuffed us and took us back to the quad. My time out defiantly was not worth it.

Man frm south Cali an I know a lot of people that been in prison and having to wright them , but arnt certain gangs Make the soldiers Wright like 400 or 500 Word Essay . 34. Oh my goodness! As soon as you said number 2 being a Letter or Essay*! We didn’t have *Time Out in the 1970’s-1980’s! We had Wooden Spoons. Fly Swatters. And the *Belt*. But instead of a Letter or Essay. My mom would make me *Write Lines*!
    1) I will NOT go too boys forts at anytime of the day or night. 50-500 Lines depending on the crime! Lol

44. In seeing this video, I immediately thought of Warden Joe from Arpiao from Maricopa County. He was known for his punishments starting with pink jumpsuits. It is tough to be tough in pink.
