The exhaust outlet should have been as close to the underside of the duck board as possible having it so low can & will cause trouble , learnt the hard way

You'll probably want to brace that turbo or it'll snap off that hot side or manifold after a few jumps.

You could always add another tank for E85 on the other side and use that for ballast and setup a change over and so you don't have to worry about removing tanks and what not

Doesnt fuel tech allows for flexifuel? If so just put a sensor on it and run it on both e85 or pump or mixed

Exhaust gas temperature affects gas velocity which will impact the performance of the turbo. If the exhaust header is too efficient at cooling it could rob you of boost due to the reduced efficient of the turbo with the cooler gases. If it was me I'd probably Cerakote a normal stainless header to keep the heat in it but away from the seat above. You could also put a reflective heat shield on the base of the seat.
Surely gonna need a brace or would think eventually inlet mani bolts will shear 🙂
Not sure if it's been said yet but you only need to pump those oil suckers a few times and they'll suck the oil out until they're full, you don't have to pump it the whole time unless the pump is stuffed. Keep up the sick content 🤟

Great video and loving the new kit, only problem was when talking about the exhaust stuff i forgot how many boats dump exhaust gases into the water and got kinda sad considering the tech available today for clean emissions….pleasure and death are the same right haha
Cooling the exhaust manifold before it goes through the turbo loses back pressure, boost and power. I know why you’re doing it but technically you are losing power cooling the exhaust pre turbo. Also bracing the turbo has been mentioned a lot so consider that as well.
exhaust is too low ,should be half in half out at the waterline , your turbo will be pushing too much water thru the exhaust , but o well

Are you sure its a good idea to pump straight cool water into the engine? That's not how it should be done on the water/in a boat, you need to run a heat exchanger for your engines coolant and pump water through that. The k series isnt an outboard motor, its not designed for random river water.
