21,600 lives lost every 24 hours! Terribly sad! Jesus I pray you reach down from heaven and heal the starving children and bless the land, in Jesus name I pray in your holy name, Amen! ðŸ™ÂÂðŸÂ¼
Instead of sending them money, we should send people to teach the Somali people permaculture and how to reforest deserts. Permaculture forces all rain or snow run off to percolate into the land rather than letting it run out to sea or lakes where it evaporates quickly when hot. More land is going to turn into desert if we don't start capturing virtually every bit of rain and snowmelt run off through permaculture. If all landowners were made to do permaculture projects on every bit of land from the high mountains to foothills to the valleys, almost all rain and snow run off would be forced to percolate into the ground instead of flooding or running off to the ocean. The land owners would do the work but would benefit from having healthier and more fertile soil. Other benefits from extensive permaculture is healthier forests, more water for farmers, refilling underground aquafers, less chances of flooding, and a much better local environment that's full of plants that can feed the country and are soaking up all CO2 from the air.
And not one mention during this report that while China had a one child per family rule, Europe & the US has a 1.5 to 1.7 birthrate, Somalia has a birthrate of 6. That's three times higher than most other nations. They don't need food & water, they need condoms.
All the women carrying babies. Time for population control. 1 child or 2 children per family. After second baby, tie their tubes and nip the men.
So brave for ABC to Press coverage on our famine.
One Way Start💜
I see locals as a perfect candidates to settle in on the Mars surface. 🙂
Somalia's long-lasting famine is tragic, too sad to recount. The environment around the world n in Somalia has been affected by decades of conflict, absence of rain, seriously degraded by poor agricultural practices, deforestation n denuding of grasslands, stripping land of shade n any means of recharging water reservoirs, underground water recharging, no food for people or herders, heartbreaking. Must help by cutting human population to help Nature recover n become productive again, and end the wars.
Omg,from supports somolia.we must help,not just ukraine,venuela, mexico,climate refugees,terrorist al sharable war loads,we must help them as humans,God created,loves,globally
This is only the beginning we all need to prepare
You know what always gets me about the news, the people reporting just report instead of saying "here is some help and we are working on getting you additional help from our viewers" Sure this is a drought issue but they can help with nutrition and possible relocation as well as this man who brings water.
No one of animals should have to suffer. We have all of hollowweird actors that have millions, everyone of them should share. Shame on them.
Climate change /draught/famine is felt very much in the horn of Africa as its evident in the above news @ the courtesy of the Abc news the draught impact is more so felt in the livestock starving as well as people more so children are dying of acute malnutrition nutrition cases .diarrhoea respiratory disease . Recurring draughts are due to lack of stable government in place to cater for secure food supplies and production
1 part of world spending billions of dollars for funeral, other part of world people are dieing without food, so sad
No talk of how war, religion, and corruption hold a culture back. This is heartbreaking, nevertheless.
🥺
THE LORD preserveth all them that love him but all the WICKED WILL BE DESTROYED
It's cruel to bring a child into this type of environment.
Why wars.
They always wish the worst for Africa why are these people like this man everything that's bad they're trying to predict about Africa when will Africa tell their own story
May God be with the children of Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Yemen etc. That face starvation. May the international community do more to end this devastating crisis.

These exquisite people are going to higher realms of paradise… away from this dying 3D realm.
Have we crossed the point of no return in terms of damaging the planet? There is no such point. We need to trust that our thought, which is our greatest quality, can change nature. We only need to understand the direction to which we should aim our thoughts. What should we think about? What condition or state should we aspire to and ask for?
In order to save our planet, we should think about positive human connections. That is, how can we, in our connections, keep nature safe? How can we all together protect our world? If we truly wish to better our planet, then we should see people holding a concern for how to positively connect everywhere that we look.
It has nothing to do with recycling or other activities that we commonly associate with as being sustainable. If we come closer to and consider each other, that we will reach an entirely organic, perfectly connected and round state, then the negative forces will disappear from the world.
We need to understand that if we start thinking better about each other, then the planet will recover from all harm, because our thoughts are the strongest force in nature. Likewise, our negative thoughts about each other are entirely to blame for damaging the planet. That is why the more we recycle and invest in energies and activities that we commonly think of as being sustainable, the worse our planet becomes. Nothing will work to benefit us until we reach a state where our attitude changes toward each other for the better to protect and improve our planet.

New water siphons ?
Where is Muslim god ?
Deep earthquakes makes mountains
My family has not bought groceries in over a year as we dumpster dive for everything. It is disgusting how much perfectly good food is wasted. So many cans of beans are thrown away simply because they got dented for example. Why can't we be sending these non-perishable foods overseas as they are perfectly edible? I am a business owner from Saskatchewan, Canada, and we also facing a major labour shortage in all sectors of the economy. Why are we not allowing educated refugees to move here from drought-ridden regions and help grow our economy? So many questions are being left unanswered by the government.
Thank you for highlighting this Drought n the 4 rainy seasons missed,,,,
