4. Dude – calm down! Have a spa day! Relax! Staffing is always the worst part of management – staffing is always a problem and will always be a problem – I don't care what industry it is. Staffing is a permanent nightmare in all industries. You're best off just realizing it and accepting it so you don't stress out. You must expect staffing problems – it's life! If the cops wanted you – you would already be had. Have a nice dinner with your wife, relax, don't forget to enjoy life – don't let problems rule you. It's clear you can manage problems as they happen. That is what makes a good manager – being able to handle problems as they happen. If there were not problems, managers would not be needed. Dude – take a day off and relax!

Dude, for real: please get some help and talk to somebody that isn’t YouTube. Nobody here can help you or make you feel any better. At the very least ask your wife or Dave for advice or help. 9. I loved my cleaning job. Mostly new construction but the residentals were cool. But you can't not make money cleaning. I loved it but in my area it sucks bc low construction and its almost seasonal work. When houses aren't being built we can't clean them. But i wish i could find a decent small company like yours where I am. I got into it with my x husband he was an electrician and i cleaned the houses he wired. But he got on drugs bad went to prison and has left me being the only provider for our two kids after our seperation. Hes in prison now and I want to start my own company but here bigger cooperate companies get the jobs for the residential and new construction. I know how hard it was to find good help when I did it I went through alot of people or i was cleaning behind them. I really think your employees will know they have a great thing going and great job. Thats a very hard buisness to keep up and keep going and I hope it works out great for you.

    You should find information on how long it normally takes for a small business to make a profit in your area, so that you don't have any unrealistic expectations.
