23. This is unprecedented. Never before in our history have we taken authority away from native Americans. We've never broken our treaties or promises with them. This sets a dangerous precedent that we can withdraw from any agreement with indigenous people anytime it's to our advantage.

39. Finally! Now this is a decision I can get behind. Assimilation should've never been in question to begin with. Giving the conquered people and culture land and sovereignty never should've been put on the table. Hopefully this alleviates the housing market in the future and maybe one day appropriate some of the land that's been wasted all this time.
