What is a gas tax holiday?

9. If oil companies are going to artificially create a gas shortage by reducing their refinery production, they should at least stop influencing the production of electric cars in the USA. They can't have it both ways.

And the best gift is that at the end of the 3 months the government will just do another tax increase somewhere to make up the lost revenue.
