13. The oil companies, along with state anr federal gas tax relief, need to reduce their price so the at the pump price is at least $1.25 less or no higher than $3.75 per gallon. Diesel Fuel, because of it's broad inpact on commerce, should be no higher than $3.50 agallon. Oil companies have been bitching about drilling, but now, that they got a free play on pricing, they get to hold the consumer hostage. They'll proable use some of this fleeced profits to complete buying up Green Energy Production.
