9. We were a part of this less than a week ago. Stranded outside the US because of canceled flights. Here is a novel idea, rather than pretend you can support this level of travel, create new schedules that reflect the actual level of staffing you have and passengers you can support. I know that was stated later in the video, but there has been no trimming. At least not across the board.
