    a. His constituents in Wisconsin need to call their counterparts in Philly, and have them send in those extra votes
    b. Hispanics don't count as "legal" votes, well unless they voted for Trump
    c. African Americans don't count either, then again unless they voted for Trump
    d. Republican votes are not legal if they voted for the Democratic candidate
