11. Joe, seriously, contact the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. They run motorcycle riding courses all over the country. Every instructor I have met is utterly enthused about teaching new people how to ride safely. Talk to them. see if they would be interested in running low cost classes for groups of scooter felons!
