  2. They do co-own the restaurant. Her father isn't his boss, they need to talk like equals and that's what was missing. The father should have shown more respect to his partner rather than treating him like an employee.

  3. I worked 8 years in a hotel ans a hat or jeans is not the place trust me. Even in a MC Donals ther's a kind of dresscode… He's got a point over there.
