13. Whenever a person or a group uses their liberty to deny others from practising it, the victims have an option of suing the person or a group of them. A lack of such an action suggests that people living in that community would rather inhale toxic fumes and have those jobs than make the person or group leave. In such an instance, it doesn't make any sense for a third party, like the lawmakers to intervene. The people living in the region also have to realize that if they need a better quality of living, they need to move elsewhere, where the jobs that they desire are available and put in an effort to get those. You're not entitled to get material wealth from others simply because you exist. You have the right to life, given by God, and hence the right to be able to provide for a living, by exercising your liberty and working. Working, or doing business shouldn't require the permission of a tyrant/government, but you have to make sure that you're not violating the moral code, otherwise you'll face repercussions. It is worthwhile noting that to be able to receive handouts from the government isn't a right, but an entitlement. Not only is it immoral, but is also the reason why all the Democrat-run states always stay bankrupt. They need an entitlements reform.
