In this video I show how to remove the front bumper from a Honda Accord. Many Honda’s are similar to this one in respect to front bumper removal. You’ll also need to do this if you’re looking to remove the headlights or front fenders.
As for tools, a 10mm should do it. You’ll also need some kind of bumper clip tool to remove those as well.
If you’re not familiar with Pull-A-Part, they’re a self service salvage company in the US. They have 25 yards in 12 states. I’m not just saying this, but they’ve become my favorite place to go for salvage parts. I suggest you check them out.

Het Eric! Could you make a video on how to remove the headlights & front fenders next time you do this? I find they're difficult on 4th gen Accords if you're not careful and don't know what you're doing. Thanks!
i see you keep using that green impact drill. is it a good brand what would be a good brand impact drill i should get?
I like this junk yard stuff! Please do more of it!
Feels like all the people complaining think the money just magically appears in Eric's pocket or that Youtube pays millions to him. Getting sponsored and making an interesting video out of it sounds great. Just sounds ungrateful. Best of luck, Eric. Thanks for the videos.
Great stuff, Eric! I'm working on interchangeable noses for Slambo. One stock. One not so stock.
Goddamn Eric, you're working even faster than Scotty Kilmer now!
how would one go about fixing the abs sensor located in the transmission of a 98 jeep grand Cherokee. I live in a cold wet climate an thats sort of important to fix before winter
Love these quick tip vids. Like the long ones too, hek I like'em all!!!
10 steps to lose subscribers. #salvageyardsellout
TECHNICALLY "bumper cover"
Possibly you shortest, easiest hack!
I like pull-a-part, but unless you get to a car only a few days after it's been put out it's usually been torn apart by people with no home training.
I know a faster way to remove a front bumper from a Honda. Have someone cut into a parking spot too close and rip it off.
Lucky for her it was already held on by zip-ties. 10 mins and it was back on.
Erik Tande did an amazing job keeping up with you as you ripped through these latest tips, Eric!
you should change your name to EricTheHondaGuy everything Honda. still love the vids though.
do these accord have the same body/chassis as the 93's or 92's?
darn i was hoping for the reinforcement bar instead of the front fascia. at least i got a good look with the headlight video lol
Well actually, this video is about how to remove the bumper COVER. Still good info for the inexperienced.
Do you not keep the "fasteners"? Even as spares or for your "fastener
' bucket?
Bout time you bumped out some how to remove videos…. Geez look at the ton of similar vids, but none as cute as you!! 😉
Haters be hatin, but you do such good work helping others I totally appreciate your quick vids.
0:32 "Oh yeah you like that, don't you Honda? You like it right up in your grille like that….yeah take it all, bitch!"
Thought there would be some closed cell foam or something under there, but its just a skin.
Love the Salvage Yard vids. Hope to see more (longer are cool)!
whats up with all the junk yard vids lately?
Presto !!. Zip, Zip – Done.
Its rare to get a salvageable bumper cover at a yard.
Easy peasy 😀
Too simple! Thanks, Eric.
Noticed the Ryobi driver you was using. What do you think of it?
Damn, this video was super useful.
i wish we got places like pull a part in Poland here, just regular dirty junk yards :/
First! Loving the #SalvageYardHacks, Eric! 🙂 Btw, when is Friday's repair video going to air? I have work to catch up to, but I am just so excited about more of the Fairmont that I will be postponing it until till after the video.
I remember when this channel had car repair vids!! But times change now days when they sell out!!!
