40. Tom Brady was a serious contender for the NFL's MVP last year. He also played an integral part in another insane comeback against the eventual Super Bowl champions. Us regular human's feel like that's going out on top… a highly competitive athlete doesn't see it that way. Especially one who is still in great shape and has seen no decline in their skills.
