18. NATO should not do a no fly zone over Ukraine via manned fighter jets BUT there should be an expansion of the "Ground-up No Fly Zones". The Stingers and other Manpads are very useful at lower altitudes, closer ranges but non-military targets of senseless Russian bombing should protected, cities should be safe zones immune from ground attack, bombing, ballistic and cruise missile destruction!
    The West has mobile, high tech, very capable anti-air systems that could be donated and deployed along with a few volunteer technicians, the equivalent if not better than the Russian Pantsir systems left stuck out of fuel and abandoned around Ukraine.

    Did ukraine fail to bolster it defences the past decade plus? Has Ukraine surrendering its nuclear weapons citing the guarantee of safety provided by the west left them wide open and with us as much as Russia to blame for the current crisis?

    from flying over Ukraine is that member countries such as the United States and Germany are still buying oil from Russia.Ukraine was sacrificed due to environmental problems.
    Germany opposes Russia's embargo on gas,
    oil and coal. Germany imports 55% of gas,
    42% of oil and coal from Russia.
    If they stop it, will not be able to
