    Besides the sanctions, NATO should have given Russia an ultimatum and tell Putin that he has one month to leave Ukraine or prepare to go to war.

    Then these so-called peace negotiations would actually have a fair start. How can you say you're having Peace negotiations with no ceasefire? What kind of peace negotiations happen in a country that is an ally of your enemy? Belarus is helping Russia by sending it's own troops to help Russia. Belarus just approved to have nuclear weapons!

    Unfortunately these sanctions and the Ukranian brave resistence will not stop Ukraine from falling nor will impose a significant threat to the Russian's economy. Why would Putin stop after successfully annexing Ukraine and Crimea?

    Putin has started his master plan to rebuild the USSR.

    Putin threatened the whole world with nuclear war if any country intervenes and the Western countries are showing weakness.

    Why would he stop?

    Putting and his oligarchs won't feel a thing. They're going to continue to be rich and they will have cryptocurrency to free freely exchange currency. The Russian population will suffer however they will blame the USA.
