   They are fuming the public with aerosol halucinagenics,aerosol barbiturates/depressants,aerosol hypnotics,mal-odorants.
   They are fuming Phlegm agents,asthma bacteria,and phlegm irritants.
   I think they are using multiple pipelines,utility conduits underground to fume apts,houses,grocery stores,streets.
   Thge government is fuming bio-aerosols and gaseous halucinagenic drugs on the citizens.
   They have a NON LETHAL CHEMICAL WEAPONS system, in place.
