11. So Amir Locke was the accomplice of a murder and car jacking. How come he never turned in his cousin? This was why the "no knock" warrant was granted. He wasn't as "innocent" as many of us once believed which may explained why the police were not so hesitant to discharge their firearms after seeing Amir holding a handgun. It also appears the handgun used in the murder by his cousin was a straw purchase. Who is really at fault here?
