They did recently send materials to Ukraine and 3000 troops to Europe.. 3000.. to russias latest 30 000 troop movements. That's 10 times more.. to a force that's already 115 000 strong. It's almost as if Russia is trolling the west at this point and any meaningfull diplomacy efforts are just a way for Russia to further enclose Ukraine.
