During the prosecution’s rebuttal in the Derek Chauvin trial, Attorney Jerry Blackwell said it is “simply wrong” to use a police badge as a “license” to “mistreat the public.”

  1. Im going to be a cop a ,a plain clothes citizen policing the police ,,,,,,,,, COP C-CITIZEN O ON P PATROL C-O-P ,ALL OF US NEED TO BE COP

  2. What an arrogant, pathetic example of humanity. Between his misconduct with mentioning evidence the judge explicitly told him would be a mistrial pure and simple to even hint at the existence of – the blood tests the prosecution did not disclose the existence of to the defense – to try impeaching the witness that said those tests should have been taken, and then continuing his prosecutorial misconduct in his rebuttal by demeaning the defense with his repeated accusations of falsehoods and the defense position being a made up story. Blackwell is an excellent example of the saying that 10,000 lawyers on the bottom of the ocean is an excellent start, except he probably is going the wrong direction even from that.

  3. There are FOUR white housewives and TWO white men on that jury. Chauvin will walk a free man. And the message will be: „Now you can get away with anything and everything.“

(What Minneapolis will look like after they read the verdict is another story.)

But hey, uniforms will have free game. And if they‘re smart about it, from now on, first they‘ll shut off every camera in a mile radius before they commit murder of unarmed civilians.

  4. The U.K. Redcoat agents who have infiltrated the U.S. government, are making it undesirable & hazardous to be a Law keeper or Enforcer regardless of principle or creedo or affiliation.
I, Michael the Archangel, am on Earth with other members of the Local Galactic UNION of Star Systems, monitoring the situation.
We keep Galactic Law & Principalities inclusive of all forms of life within Our UNION.

  5. OH THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY JUSTICE IN AMERICA, JUDGES ARE ALL POLITICIANS IS WHY, AND THEY ARE BLACKMAILED VIA META DATA AND INTEL GROUPS, GOVERNMENT MANUFACTURES CRIMES AGAINST THE INNOCENT
YOUR ALREADY CONVICTED BY THE MEDIA BEFORE YOU EVER GO TO TRIAL,

  6. The title is certainly true. But if it was a white dude arrested and "died", none of this would be going on.
    – "Who's watching the watchers?," "Who?' judges the "judge." Who polices the cops, when laid claim of last resort. Or examines the shrinks. Stating "B.s.' notes of "unfit," in some bogus report. "Who? pulls the puppet master's strings." "Who? calls foul," The referee's bad call. Or prosecutes a system, where only those prosper. Whom strike down, any "opposed" to their unrichous law. What "de'fence" is given, to defendant's name. "What" differences made? When both lawyer, judge and prosecutors, are "only" just' "one' and-the same."

  7. 'Would George Floyd have died if Police Officer Derek Chauvinist did not have Derek's foot and Derek's body weight on Floyd's neck?' …and without the other Police helping Derek hold Floyd* down the way THEY ALL DID?

The answer is "No Floyd would not have died, if not for Derek's foot and body weight on Floyd's neck (with help from other police.") Point blank period; end of report:
    "Guilty!!!"
    Juror's job is simple.

IF other Police did not help hold Floyd down too; then maybe Floyd would have been able to move enough to breathe and go on living.

Did Floyd repeatedly say "I can't breathe!", because carbon monoxide was STOPPING Floyd's BREATHING? No.

Did Floyd repeatedly say "I can't breathe!", because a normal dosage level (not high dosage level) of drugs in Floyd's system was STOPPING Floyd's BREATHING? No.

Did Floyd repeatedly say "I can't breathe!", because the other two Police Officers holding Floyd down all by themselves was STOPPING Floyd's BREATHING (if the other two held Floyd without Derek Chauvin's knee and body weight on Floyd's neck)? No.

Did Floyd repeatedly say "I can't breathe!", because Police Officer Derek Chauvin's knee and body weight on Floyd's neck (along with other Police Officers holding Floyd down) was STOPPING Floyd's BREATHING? Yes.

IF the other two Police Officers were not holding Floyd down while Police Officer Chauvin had his knee and body weigh pressing on Floyd's neck, would Chauvin alone using his knee and budy weight on Floyd's neck, have been able to STOP Floyd from MOVING and BREATHING? No.

  8. Someone had to say it, ever been stopped by a cop and felt like you were bout to “get it”?

  9. Anyone heard of a person with claustrophobia has no problem driving a Mercedes ? Or driving a Mercedes can cure the claustrophobia?

  10. Have Derek Chauvin assume George Floyd's position while somebody kneels on his neck for 9 minutes and 29 seconds. If the glove doesn't fit you must acquit. If the dude live you must forgive. Let the breathless man decide- life is better with air.

  11. The gestapo had license to abuse citizens; their days were over, here no more different with power to the people no militarized police states, sad.

  12. Whats crazy is if floyd had gotten out and talked to the officers and just gave them a real 20 dollar bill then things would of turned out different. But the cops shouldnt of walked up on him with guns drawn

  13. hopefully the jury will find him guilty because celebratory riots will be alot more satisfying to watch on tv then revenge riots! 🍿🍾🎉

  14. If only cops could’ve used their badges like this during the Capitol Insurrection😔
