  1. I'm surprised there's a challenge with this administration running things. My god people, what is happening to are borders & are country. Food shortages coming soon. Gas almost 5 $ a gal at chevron.

  2. Give them a waiver and let them work. They’ve got more experience and grit then someone fresh out of school

  3. It's not just the medical field having these certification issues. Many occupations have multiple certification agencies and programs. Even with 20 years of experience if you don't have the exact certification they're asking for applying for that job is futile even with the best references.

  4. I've been writing my Congressman to push for a bill to require the military to provide industry recognized professional certificates upon completion of MOS training and cover fees to maintain those certificates while in service.

  5. This story only covers one specific rate/mos, there are many more rates/mos that doesn't transition from military to civilian. Too often American civilians who know nothing or don't have military members in the family are oblivious to the troubles plaguing are service members and politicians fail to take care of those who ensure America remains free and democratic. Americans in general have the Kayne West mentality, that the world revolves around America
