11. First of all no child should ever be shot that is horrible.
    Her dad is a disgusting human being. What kind of father just sits at home for 4 hours waiting for an ambulance to get there while his daughter is bleeding. If That was my kid and they weren't there in 30 minutes I would be getting in my car and taking my child myself.
