10. if you don’t see someone actually stealing, rapping, abusing, kidnapping or killing someone, then you should mind your own business because even if in your mind that particular person looks suspicious, you have no business to do with them at all. On the other hand, if you go an attack someone whatever skin color they have, purple, green or yellow, then you are a perpetrator and as such the law should apply to you.
