  1. Shut up…this is freaking spacious compared to those in Hong Kong. Here the so-called apartment is as small as a coffin😂you cant even sit straight, let alone doing a house tour😂

  2. Alex your bachelor pad is pretty groovy! Austin Powers would agree. You did great on space and have 2 beds. The loft is cool. Where's the shower? You didn't say what you pay in rent. I would have chosen the apartment overlooking Central Park. Watch a hilarious movie called the Super with Joe Pesci.

  3. I’m not even mad at the kid, except for the $1200 a month. I know people who live in a full house and don’t even pay $800 a month (not in NYC anyway)

  4. My home has 3 spacious rooms ,one bathroom on pantry ecomponied with a kitchen a living room, and basement and a driveway/yard in MA and we pay only 900. Its only me and my family. Aka no shared rent or rooms with anybody 😌🙂

  5. 12-fucking-hundred dollars!! He should have snatched some of those Covid apartment deals. Anyway glad to see him happy and that he appreciates it unlike the 2000 Volvo.

  6. He is grateful for what he has so he will be blessed with more! While others are downing his living situation he knows there are folks living on the streets or in their cars.

  7. It would be cool if nyc was not a tyrannical anti-american communist dumpster.
But I am happy that you are happy to at least have that and I wish him the best.

  8. Prisoners are housed in jail cells bigger than this, and they're free of charge!!!
What I fail to understand is why this guy is smiling about this, when it's perfectly clear NYC now has no decent housing for its working class population but wants their labour……..that's disgraceful, and it's large cities/employers all across the globe at this practice.
