  1. GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY ! What are y’all racist people saying now? George deserved a fair trial period & if you think what that cop did was okay then you are probably okay with lynching also.

  2. What the defense cannot get past is the state has on the spot witness testimony. All these videos shows exactly what they saw in the moment and don’t have rely on their memory.

  3. The cheerful kenneth optically avoid because instruction rationally obey notwithstanding a vigorous recorder. yummy, smooth board

  4. The way Nelson spoke to Williams was noticeably different from any other witnesses of the last 10 days. More aggressive, condescending, patronizing, combative. Immediately spoke to him as if directing a child and continued to talk to him with such authority you'd think he was the judge. Of course Williams pushed back. Just strikes me that he hasn't been this way w/others to this degree. He wasn't the most effective witness imo, but considering how Nelson talked 2him the whole time, he held his cool decently. He knew it was important to not give Nelson a clear opening 2paint him as simply an angry aggressive black man.

  5. Who's on trial here the 3rd witness or the police officer what he did or did not say to the officer does not change the fact that that police officer put his knee in that mans neck and took his fucking life why they not asking him questions on what he did and didnt see only about what he said to the officers… idiots 😡

  6. Had the first one yesterday and it was way worse than the flu. Starting to feel a little better. Hope the second one is not as bad. My husband had the second one and he didn't have any side effects

  7. IT MUST BE SAID THAT WITH 3 TO 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF C02 IN HIS BODY THE VEHICLE EXHUAST PLAYED A PART IN THE OFFICERS DISREGARD FOR LIFE AND WAS WELL ESTABLISHED THAT THE CAR WAS RUNNING ON DAY 7 AND SHOULD BE USED AS A HOOK FOR HIS CONVICTION

  8. Trump administration bought 100 million vaccine up front. Operation warp speed would be viewed as failure if more then 200 million don’t get a vaccine by MAY. Biden taking credit for what The Trump Administration put into work almost a year ago…..

  9. If ANYONE should be tried for 3rd degree murder, relative to George FLoyd, it is Maurice Hall. Chauvin did not kill FLoyd. FLoyd was never "choked." Chauvin was merely incompetent, for a couple of minutes prior to the ambulance arriving. Incompetence is not intention OR negligence. Hall was in the car with Floyd when he was arrested. Floyd's girlfriend identified Hall as the drug dealer for George Floyd.

Maurice Lester Hall was the drug dealer for George Floyd. Maurice Lester Hall sold Floyd the Fentanyl that killed him.

Maurice Lester Hall was shown on film, on the video surveillance camera, exchanging contraband and currency with Floyd,

inside of Cup foods, on the day of Floyd's death, prior to the arrest and resulting death of Floyd.

Maurice Lester Hall is guilty of the death of the death of George Floyd. Maurice Lester Hall is guilty of MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE, 2020 MINNESOTA STATUTE 609.195 (b) :Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both. *

Maurice Lester Hall, 42, who was tracked down in Houston, and, shortly after arrested on outstanding warrants and interviewed by Minnesota state investigators, was the man in the car with George Floyd on the day of Floyd's death.

Mr. Hall — who had outstanding warrants for his arrest on felony possession of a firearm, felony domestic assault and felony drug possession — provided a false name to officers at the scene of Mr. Floyd’s arrest, according to a Minnesota official. Hall then fled the state of Minnesota, right after the death of Floyd.

    * MINNESOTA STATUTES 2020

609.195 MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE.

    (a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.

    (b) Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both.

  10. As a result of the democrat mayor and governor, the democrats in DC and the leftist MSM supporting the riots and the vilification of police, how could one actually believe that there will not be a huge rise in violent crime? The criminals have been given free reign in Minneapolis and many other major cities…cities all run by democrats…the WORST part is that the DA of Minneapolis did not release the police body cam footage which showed the WHOLE STORY, and, could have prevented the riots. Floyd caused his own death.

The excessive force was ugly and ridiculous, as he was cuffed and not resisting at that point. BUT, the truth still stands that he died of a Fentanyl OVERDOSE. 11ng/ml in his blood … 7ng/ml is fatal for most people. The "protests," actually, RIOTS, were unwarranted, and, pushed a false narrative. And, it is a false narrative that Floyd was "choked" to death. Chauvin never put pressure on George's trachea, or, windpipe. Floyd was belly down on the ground. Chauvin was on top of him, with his shin, not his knee, on the back of Floyd's neck. That could have hurt his cervical vertebrae, but, the autopsy showed that it did not. And, no pressure was put on the side of the neck, or the carotid sinus- so Floyd was not "blood-choked" either. It is highly inaccurate to say that the police KILLED him, and, that they did that just because he was BLACK…the leftist democrats used this to support and catalyze ANTIFA and BLM to produce as much chaos, destruction and divide in Minneapolis AND SO many other cities in America. And, THEN, the democrat mayors and governors of those cities actually SUPPORTED the riots, refused to prosecute, arrest, and, even refused to STOP the rioters from burning down business owners in those communities that were mostly BLACK…THE WORST PART of ALL of THIS, is that these riots COULD have been prevented, if the DA of Minneapolis actually released the police body cameras that showed Floyd saying he could not breath many times before he was even put on the ground, and, even BEGGING the police to put him on the ground. The police ASKED him if he took any drugs, repeatedly, and, Floyd said NO, repeatedly. If George was straight with them, they could have called the ambulance 10 minutes earlier, before he passed out from the fentanyl and stopped breathing, and, they could have SAVED his life from his FATAL FENTANYL OVERDOSE. But, the DNC in DC, the democrats, wanted to use this to produce chaos, destruction, and, divide, using ANTIFA and BLM to perpetrate all of the looting and attacks on police. The cities NEED the police; they cannot be abolished or even defunded, as they actually need MORE funds to reduce crime in the cities. The DNC in DC, the democrats, wanted to use this to produce chaos, destruction, and, divide, because they thought that it would reduce Trump's chances for re-election. They all perpetrated this at the expense of innocent police and civilian residents and business owners, in order to obtain political power. THAT is what the DNC, the democrats have become. They do not serve the people, only themselves.

  11. Looking for some humor in this sad situation so I can stop crying a little. Loved that the little girl couldn't point out Chauvin with his mask on. I also did not realize that was Chauvin until halfway through the first day.

  12. George Floyd was a convicted criminal high on drugs, whom got caught committing a crime. He resisted arrest violently for the second time with the Minneapolis PD and died when he was subdued. The death was totally inadvertent. Cased closed.

  13. Chauvin’s Lawyer is horrible…and I’m here for all of it. Great job to all the witnesses.

  14. Sidebar? because we all saw williams witness the murder. We know what williams saw was murder. A judge needs to allow the truth to be said. African american rely on a good judge to be fair. His decisions will influence the world to trust America. He has a chance to change racism and a chance to allow the world trust America.

  15. I dont understand why these theater .. We have seen hunderts of times how derek kills George Floyd. For me its firs degree murder. To accept another szenario you must be very very fool

  16. He was complaining about not able to breathe way before the cop put his knee on his neck. He was saying that when they tried to put him into their car. He can't breathe because of the drugs already in his system, plus when he added that little white baggy into his mouth. Who knows, maybe he choked on the little white baggy. I think this whole thing is one big waste of time. George Floyd over-dose on drugs, and was very non- compliant. Don't do drugs people!!!
