  1. A 13 year old boy lost his life. His never met the ppl who speaks so badly about him in the coment section. His better of leaving this world where compassion is clearly lacking. Why badmouth a child who paid the ultimate price for a stupid mistake? All these perfect ppl who have no faults or failings.

  2. Too sus, but 13 yrs old on bike in streets needs to have a parent/adult outside with. Shouldn't be alone and riding without supervision. RIP.

  3. Somehow there needs to be legislation on this matter. I don't know but the laws we have are not working, kids and adults riding off-road vehicles on public roads need to stop, I don't know how but that's why there are people we voted for to make us safe, and it's not happening. People are dying and the police cant do their job, this is a big problem that needs to be resolved. These bikes CANT be on public roads period, Politicians do something about it.

  4. It's unfortunate. On my street, many adults and teens ride those loud bikes to get to the nearby foothills-some nice and easy, others speeding and popping wheelies. Several have gotten tickets, but it doesn't change. It would be nice if everyone obeyed the rules of the road.

Answer – the child was playing in traffic, without adult supervision, on a motorcycle that was purchased by the parent(s); when police became involved the child fled in an attempt to elude the police.

  7. Sad it happened I feel for the family. But a few years ago a teen died under the same situation. He ran from the police the officer stopped the chase and the teen ran a red light an was killed by a car. Parents fail to see the danger in allowing kids to drive motorcycles/go-carts on traffic rodes.

  8. Will someone explaine to me why, in this day and age, that police car was not equipped with a dash cam? Was the kid wearing a helmet? Galactically stupid.
