    So, the interviewee, on average, would literally be less likely to be charged, less likely to be convicted, and expected to receive a lighter sentence than Rittenhouse.

    What gives her, a rather privileged person in terms of average statistical court outcomes, particularly when you consider her likely tax bracket, any right to bemoan the justice system?

Only reason the jury instructions were so long written/worded is because prosecution didn't have a case for original charges and had to slap up whatever charges they could to try and get their pound of flesh.
