Possible previous owner bought, stripped car and was in over his head or could not afford replacement parts to run and re-sold which probably why parts were orderly played next to the car. Parts stripped would be heavily damaged but weren't.

The give away for me is the position of the passenger wheel. Looks as if they have the steering wheel turned but looking at driver side it's almost straight.

Same scam in UK run by the usual people… They take a FUCKED car . then try to tidy it up and make it look like it only had minor accident .And you can fix it all up cheap !YOu buy to find its never going to work.
